Delivery Information

All Items must be checked for any sign of damage or picking errors upon delivery. Should there be any discrepancy with the items delivered you must not sign for those goods and contact us within 2 working days to notify us of the issue so we can rectify this as soon as possible. We aim to re-deliver all items within 5 working days.

Before booking/commencing your installation, we urge you to ensure the goods have arrived in an acceptable condition. This will enable you to check for any missing items, damages, or defects. We advise against booking/commencing installation until the items are received. We cannot be held responsible for any costs/fees incurred.

Signing the Delivery Document will confirm that all goods are in a perfect condition and that all items have been received as per your original order.

***If there is no-one at the delivery address to sign for the order, our supplier may choose not to leave your order, you may however confirm via email/adding special instructions in your basket that you wish to have the delivery left in a place such as your driveway or side of your house/site. If you request your order to be left, BulkPlastics and our suppliers accept no liability for any potential damage or loss of goods resulting from your request and unfortunately you will be liable for any costs that arise***

Deliveries to Scotland may take longer. We can only supply to UK Mainland. If you are on the Scottish Isles, we can deliver directly to a courier on Mainland. The cost of the courier is at your own expense.

Order Amendments

If you need to make any amendments to your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the relevant changes or updates. Unfortunately, once a van is loaded or an item is dispatched, we cannot make any changes or additions. You will need to place a new order for additions.

Delivery times and costs

Orders under £100 incur a £10 delivery fee.

Deliveries over £100 have free delivery.

Order processing is 24 business hours, and our standard delivery is 3-5 working days. We do endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible.

Returns

Have you changed your mind about the products you have received?
Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the order.
***Only items as sold will be eligible for return and refund***
All returns are the customer’s responsibility. Any costs for the return would be your responsibility. A re-stocking charge of 25% will be applicable.

The items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition e.g. purchased 2 or 4 pack must be returned as the full pack and not split up or part returned. The items will be inspected once returned. We will then be able to process a refund.

Collection can be arranged for a minimum fee of £15 deducted from refund amount once items inspected.
